The coils processing equipment allows the loading, positioning, tensioning, feeding and slitting for the bottom and top metal facings of the panels. The automatic positioning of the coil is made with a motorized car on rails that slide and lift the coil over a 4 sector wedge mandrel that expands to contact firmly the inner diameter of the coil core. The optional twin decoilers configuration improves this stage efficency by reducing the line downtimes, allowing the crane operator to retrieve and load coils whenever it is convenient and not when it is necessary. The metal surface slitting and positioning is enhanced by automatic loading tables equipped with pinch roll units that pulls the material in line for the next processing steps.
